By accessing or using tajmetals.in (the “Website”) or by placing an order with TAJ METALS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

Product information, specifications, and images on the Website are provided for general guidance and may be updated without notice. Actual product specifications shall be those confirmed in writing in the formal quotation, proforma invoice, or sale order issued by TAJ METALS.

All quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to availability, market price fluctuations, and confirmation at the time of order.

An order is binding only after TAJ METALS confirms it in writing. Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment terms shall be as agreed in the proforma invoice or sale order.

Late payments may attract interest as permitted under applicable law. All risk in the goods passes to the buyer on dispatch from our premises, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on stock, transport, and other factors beyond our control. The buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and notify TAJ METALS in writing of any shortage, damage, or non-conformity within 48 hours of receipt.

Goods supplied as per confirmed specifications are not eligible for return except in the case of a manifest manufacturing defect, subject to inspection and our reasonable determination.

TAJ METALS warrants that products supplied conform to the specifications stated in the confirmed sale order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific consignment giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, production, or goodwill.

You agree not to use the Website in any unlawful manner, not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, and not to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

All content on the Website, including logos, text, images, product names, and design, is the property of TAJ METALS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

TAJ METALS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, or supply chain interruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order placed with TAJ METALS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
